Logistic Executive / Assistant

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage daily delivery of the goods from or to the warehouse.
• To ensure the drivers' schedule is planned accordingly.
• Monitoring the quality and quantity of the goods delivered to outlets / customers.
• To plan the truck maintenance schedule and Puspakom appointment.
• To plan truck trips, driver’s overtime arrangement, and ad hoc trips.
• To ensure trucks are well maintained with the required temperature and daily checklist by the drivers (temperature checklist & truck condition checklist).
• Update driver jobs trip / incentive report to HR and update driver claim – tolls / parking etc. to finance.
• To ensure drivers follow safety procedures and truck cleanliness.
• To ensure drivers cross-check the checklist upon loading, and no SKU is missing upon unloading at outlet.
• To coordinate and arrange sea freight / air freight to ensure timely deliveries.
