Main tasks and responsibilities
Assist and support the Logistic Supervisor & Executive in carrying out the administrative works, preparation of shipping documents and liaise with forwarders, suppliers and customers on the followings: Coordinate with all customer relationship representative on shipment requirements. Manage the import & export documentation for all shipment in/out of Au/Nz. Coordinate with Supply & Demand Planning on FG importation issue and follow up on Track and record incoming and outgoing of FG and highlight any discrepancies. Additional duties as assigned by management from time to time.
