Job Description
We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to jump into the world of logistics! At GuideOn, you’ll work closely with drivers, help keep our loads on track, and make sure all the paperwork is in order so everything runs smoothly — and gets paid on time.

- Partner Services
- Safety Administrator
- Jr Advocate
What you’ll be doing:
- Enter and manage load info in our system (we’ll show you how!)
- Support drivers while they’re on the road — updates, ETAs, troubleshooting, etc.
- Talk to customers and brokers to keep everyone in the loop
- Gather delivery documents and double-check they’re complete and accurate
- Work with our billing team to help process payments on time
What we’re looking for:
- Strong English skills (you’ll be talking to people in the U.S. every day)
- Someone who’s organized and doesn’t mind handling details and documents
- A team player who communicates well and stays on top of things
