Job Description
The Control Tower Coordinator provides supply chain visibility across FSC, FLC and to our principals. The heart of the control tower is an information hub (TMS-Driver App, CTower & GPS) supported by a set of detailed decision-making rules and a trained team of operators and coordinators. It gathers and integrates data from a variety of sources and subsequently distributes it in a consistent format.
The ideal candidate for the role is a college level student with at least two years of study, or a graduate of any vocational/technical or four-year course, with a minimum of two years' experience in the logistics industry. Preferably someone who speaks and understands Bisaya. Must be able to remain professional and effective in high-pressure environments, with strong coordination and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications.
