Role:
Freight Broker/Logistics CoordinatorLocation: Etobicoke, ON (Fully On-Site)
Salary: Dependent on experience + potential bonus based on profitability
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements:
MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator in a 3PL/Brokerage environment (non-asset-based)
3+ years of Freight Brokerage experience
Strong LTL skills, including shipment coding, carrier relationships, and quoting/negotiating rates
Experience with TruckMate software (preferred)
Proficiency in LoadLink and familiarity with TMS systems and load boards
Knowledge of freight classes, NMFCs, and common carrier tariffs (an asset)
Strong computer skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
