Job Description
The role is responsible for coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely shipment, and full compliance with PEZA regulations. This position handles customer inquiries, shipping documentation, and issue resolution related to deliveries and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, stock availability, and delivery schedules via email and phone
- Receive delivery instructions from clients and coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange dispatch
- Process and support PEZA-related documentation, including LOA, Form 8105/8106, and other regulatory requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents and system records
- Monitor shipments and resolve issues such as delays, quantity discrepancies, and other delivery concerns
