Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary Coordinate and support transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely, compliant and efficient movement of materials, equipment and shipments across departments, while maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Coordinate daily transportation deployment plans for worker transport, material collection and delivery, equipment shifting and customer shipment activities to meet operational needs. Monitor vehicle usage to ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, preventive maintenance schedules and operational readiness. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties such as Sales Coordinators, freight forwarders and drivers to prepare accurate and timely shipment documentation including Delivery Orders, Tax Invoices and import/export permits.
