Basic information
- Basic up to $3000
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
- Location: Ubi
- Support daily logistics and warehouse operations, including shipment coordination and order processing.
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and related shipping documentation.
- Monitor customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery fulfilment.
- Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams on shipment schedules and updates.
- Perform picking, packing, receiving, checking, and storage of inventory items.
- Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and resolution of stock discrepancies.
- Follow up on shipment and delivery status to ensure smooth order completion.
- Maintain efficient warehouse operations and support ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
