- Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules to ensure timely execution.
- Track and update delivery progress to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory movements, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Prepare and manage documentation for inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers, transport providers, and internal teams on logistics activities.
- Handle customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and other relevant logistics documents as required.
- Monitor shipment status and follow up to resolve any delivery or operational issues.
- Provide administrative and operational support to warehouse and logistics teams.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
