Job Description

Key Tasks

  • Reply and answers all mail from customers within 24 hours.
  • To make booking and follow-up booking confirmation with carrier / co-loader
  • Ensure all booking confirmation (BC) received are released to shipper within 24 hrs.
  • Ensure all pre-alert are sent to destination agent 48 hrs after ship on board (SOB).
  • Ensure shipper provide shipping instruction with 72 hrs from vessel estimated time of departure (ETD).
  • Update daily report at KUL Sea Freight folder.
  • To check port system for ETD and on board to update shipper and destination agent.
  • To follow up for any roll over / shut out shipment and update concern parties immediately
  • Ensure all invoices are issued within 3 days after SOB for COD customers and within 7 days for credit customers.
  • Ensure all COD customers have paid their Invoices before release BL.
