Experience – 5 to 9

Location – Hazira

Job responsibilities -

1) Review Logistics request and planning for shipment execution

2) Release of RFQ to identified Logistics service providers (LSP)

3) Bid compilation, Contract finalization and nomination of LSP

4) Co-ordination with all internal as well as external parties for smooth execution of shipment

5) Monitoring of shipments with reference to agreed transit time

6) Review and Process LSPs Invoice

7) Monitor and resolve query if any for timely release of payments to LSPs

8) To keep the System updated for all the stages of shipments 9) LSPs Performance monitoring

10) Timely updating / escalation to seniors for delay/issue .
