LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Assist in planning and coordinating import shipments.

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and forwarding agents on import activities.

Support daily logistics and warehouse operations.

Handle import shipping documentation and incoming shipment coordination.

Ensure materials received match shipping documents and delivery schedules.

Liaise with warehouse and production teams to avoid line downtime.

Report any damaged or discrepant cargo to customers/suppliers.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.

Brief and train new staff on SOP/WI procedures.

Coordinate forklift/service maintenance with related department.
