Responsibilities
Partner with the Construction Manager to resolve coordination challenges and manage logistics planning across Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing trades.Work closely with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) teams to align field execution with coordinated models and installation sequencing.Develop a comprehensive understanding of contract drawings and technical specifications to produce phasing strategies, logistics plans, and sequencing frameworks aligned with the master schedule.Chair logistics and planning meetings, documenting actions, tracking deliverables, and ensuring follow-through.Prepare, maintain, and regularly update detailed logistics plans in collaboration with the Construction Manager and subcontractors.Coordinate with teams responsible for owner-supplied equipment to plan delivery, storage, and installation sequencing.Monitor subcontractor compliance wit...
