Job Description
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics including distribution, trucking, and warehousing activities.
- Manage and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) and service providers , ensuring compliance with company standards and performance metrics.
- Supervise customs brokerage operations to ensure proper documentation and smooth clearance processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery performance, cost efficiency, and warehouse productivity.
- Monitor fleet performance and ensure on-time dispatch, route optimization, and maintenance compliance.
- Lead and mentor the logistics team, ensuring adherence to safety and operational policies.
- Analyze logistics data and prepare reports on KPIs , service levels, and vendor performance.
