Job Summary
The Logistics Officer plans to perform and control the logistics operation activities within the organization. This
position directs the shipment clearance and ensures effective and efficient monitoring/tracking of all inbound
and outbound shipments at all times.
Job Responsibilities 1
Arrange shipment arrangements for inbound and outbound.
Handle shipment clearances, track and monitors shipments to ensure on time delivery.
Develop reports on products/materials movements and various operational logistics issues.
Update stakeholders (internal/external) on the status of their shipments in transit.
Develop logistics along with support plans, budget requirements and organization timelines for new operations.
Create operational procedures and method statements.
