Job Description
Reporting to the Supply Chain Superintendent, the Logistics Supervisor acts as the central coordination point between offshore assets, shore base operations, marine service providers and vessel masters. You will translate operational priorities into executable vessel schedules, manage cargo and bulk movements, and maintain high standards of data integrity, governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead offshore logistics planning and vessel scheduling activities with a strong marine operational lens
- Coordinate vessel arrivals, departures, berthing and loading activities with shore base and marine service providers
- Interface with Offshore Installation Managers (OIMs), planners and supervisors to capture logistics requirements and timing inputs
- Plan and optimise bulk cargo and bunkering requirements (diesel, methanol, glycol and other bulk/deck cargo)
