Logistics Trainee

Our client is seeking a High Potential professional to join an intensive, hands-on Logistics Leadership Program designed to develop future leaders within a global logistics and industrial operations environment.

Over a period of up to two years, selected candidates will rotate through multiple operational and functional areas across different terminals, gaining broad exposure to the full supply chain while building strong leadership, problem-solving, and business acumen. This role combines real operational responsibility, project involvement (local and global), and mentorship from senior leadership.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed into a key leadership position within one of our client’s terminal operations.<...
