– Engage with leads via Whats App and calls (Tamil + English)
– Keep our CRM updated with accurate info
– Coordinate smoothly with the delivery team
– Maintain and share weekly lead reports
– Use data to improve how we serve and sell
Qualifications
Customer Relationship Management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You type and speak Tamil and English fluently.
You love talking to people.
You enjoy using Excel / Google Sheets.
