Looking for mulch placement for garden plants in my plot

Hi there! I’m looking for a gardener to spread mulch around my garden plants to help retain moisture and suppress weeds. The job involves removing any existing debris, prepping the soil, and evenly laying a 5-7 cm layer of mulch around flower beds and small shrubs. I have organic mulch ready and would prefer someone who can work efficiently and neatly. If you have your own tools (wheelbarrow, rake), that’s a plus. Location is a residential garden in Ireland, and I’d like the work to be done on a dry day. Please share your availability and an approximate time to complete.
