hireful is looking for a passionate and qualified Teaching Assistant to join their prep school team in Malvern Hills. The role involves supporting a lower KS2 teacher and providing targeted interventions to help pupils access learning and build confidence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 2 TA qualification, excellent communication skills, and experience in supporting teaching within lower KS2 settings. This full-time, term-time only position includes CPD opportunities within a supportive school community.
