Job Description

Loyalty Program Management
Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of the company's loyalty and rewards programs.
Design customer-centric loyalty constructs to improve engagement, retention, transaction frequency, and customer lifetime value.
Develop and manage earning, redemption, milestone, tiering, and engagement-based reward programs.
Continuously evaluate loyalty performance and recommend enhancements based on customer behavior and market trends.
Work with product and technology teams to launch new loyalty features and experiences.
Value-Added Services (VAS
Identify, evaluate, and launch new VAS offerings that create customer value while driving incremental revenue
Manage existing VAS portfolio including adoption, utilization, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance
Develop monetization strategies for VAS products through customer segmentation and targeted campaigns
