Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Drug test
- Background check - over two years since prior criminal conviction
- TB skin test: Must have a test or provide proof of one within the past year.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance.
- Required: State license as a Practical Nurse/Vocational Nurse - Practical Nursing License issued by the Kentucky nursing authorities
- CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
