Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements
- Current and valid LPN license in Kentucky
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of patient care procedures and medication administration
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends
- BLS certification preferred
- Provide patient care in collaboration with physicians and healthcare staff
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes
