LPN - Hospital Float Position
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30), every other weekend.
Float between Burks, Halls (Subacute Rehab), and Households.
The LPN will provide nursing care on various hospital units including long-term care, subacute care, and memory care. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient health, assisting with daily living activities, and implementing patient care plans. The ideal candidate should have the ability to adapt to different unit environments and the specific needs of the patients.
