You will drive the brand relaunch, manage retail operations, and lead a team of Client Advisors. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Swiss German and English. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently while achieving sales targets. Daily travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland is expected.
