Job Description – M&A Analyst / Associate
Harris, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU), is seeking an M&A Analyst / Associate to join its team and support the execution of its capital deployment strategy.
The successful candidate will play a meaningful role in the evaluation and execution of acquisition opportunities, working closely with senior M&A professionals and business unit leaders. This position is suitable for candidates at the Analyst or Associate level, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in accounting, corporate finance, transaction services, or M&A is required.
