M&A Tax Senior Manager
Up to 180k l Hybrid l Sydney
An opportunity is available for an experienced M&A Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join a growing Private Equity & Corporate M&A Tax practice. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value domestic and international transactions and the chance to work closely with senior leaders in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
You will advise private equity, venture capital and corporate clients across the full transaction lifecycle, supporting their strategic investments, acquisitions and exits in Australia and offshore.

Key responsibilities
- Provide M&A tax advisory across tax due diligence, transaction structuring and implementation
- Advise on private equity and fund structuring, FIRB considerations and transaction documentation
- Prepare and review tax modelling, structuring papers and private binding ruling applications
