Job - Machine Assembly & Service Operative

Location: Salisbury, UK

Term: Full-Time

Salary: £13-£15 p/h (dependent on experience)

Required Attributes

• Experience in electro‑mechanical assembly or a similar manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow detailed build manuals, drawings, and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
• Experience working with electrical, electronic, and mechanical components
• Good fault‑finding and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to contribute to process improvements and build efficiency
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Reliable team player with a proactive, hands‑on approach
• Understanding of workshop health & safety standards and best practice
• Experience in repair, servicing, or maintenance of machinery would be advantageous
