Machine Learning Engineer

Responsible for the end-to-end development of AI-driven products—from ideation, prototyping, and deployment to performance tracking and reporting. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals, ensuring ethical compliance, user enablement, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI solutions (ML, NLP, Computer Vision, etc.)
• Conduct research, technical analysis, and market benchmarking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and roadmap.
• Evaluate AI tools and lead proof-of-concepts and vendor assessments.
• Lead AI program planning, performance tracking (KPIs/KRAs), and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Support strategy design, communication, training, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, AI, Data Science (required)
