Job Responsibilities
- Operate and manage rubber molding machines.
- Set up machine before production and ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor production process and ensure product quality.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting when needed.
- Carry out routine cleaning and follow 5S practices.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Job Requirements
- Some machining or machine operation experience preferred (minimum 1 year).
- Basic technical understanding; training will be provided.
- Able to work independently and follow instructions.
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Experience in CNC / CADCAM is an advantage but not required.
