As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for analyzing blueprints for mechanical systems to determine the specifications of components to be constructed. You will work with raw materials, utilizing welding equipment to fuse assembly components, and inspect fabricated components to ensure correct sizing. You will also use shears, power saws, cutting torches, and chipper knives to cut materials as needed and replace damaged or defective structural components.

+ Set up and operate fabricating machines, such as brakes, shears, and drill presses to cut, form, drill, and assemble metal components.
+ Lay out parts for assembly by aligning parts or pieces to ensure proper assembly.
