Job Summary:
Provide supervision and leadership to Holder Department employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety requirements and maintain a hygienic work environment.
- Ensure that all quality requirements are met.
- Communicate with relevant other departments to ensure on-time production schedule fulfillment.
- Manage given department production requirements by setting priorities, coordinating resources.
- Determine and manage subcontract machining needs.
- Work with maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.
