Machinery Engineer. Focus:
Machinery Engineering Support, Troubleshooting & Reliability, Maintenance & Shutdown Support, Plant Operations Safety & Compliance The Talent Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 5–10 years of experience in refinery or petrochemical industry Strong engineering fundamentals in mechanical systems and rotating/static equipment Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and equipment reliability improvement Ability to apply engineering knowledge to resolve real-world operational issues Familiarity with site safety (SHE) standards and compliance requirements Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams Good command of English (written and verbal) The Job Provide day-to-day field engineering support for machinery equipment within the plant Troubleshoot equipment issues, implement so...
