We are partnering with a leading precision metal manufacturing company in Johor to look for a strong Machining Manager. This role focuses on driving production performance, improving efficiency, and leading a team in a fast-paced machining environment supporting high-precision component manufacturing industry
What you will do
- Lead daily machining operations covering production, engineering etc.
- Ensure production targets for output, quality, delivery are achieved
- Manage CNC machining processes including turning and milling
- Improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and increase productivity
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean and automation initiatives
- Lead and develop supervisors and team leaders
- Solve daily production and technical issues on the shopfloor
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
