MAINFRAME DEVELOPER WITH IMS DB and CICS experience.
Developing and maintaining applications for mainframe systems. Writing code, testing it, and working with other developers to ensure proper functioning. Utilizing technologies like COBOL, IMS, and DB. Design, development, and technical troubleshooting of multiple components within a technical product, application, or system. Possible work with CICS web services and Rest API. Knowledge in Mainframe utilities such as File-Aid, Expeditor, SORT, REXX, and SAS. Exposure to cloud technologies is a plus. Experience with mainframe systems and related technologies. Skills in programming languages like COBOL, and potentially other languages like Python, Java, or Unix Shell Scripting.
