WCL is hiring an expert Mainline Hoe Operator to ensure efficient underground water and sewer installations. Your skills will drive accuracy and safety in every project.
As a Mainline Excavator Operator at WCL, you'll play a vital role in the success of our water and sewer construction initiatives. With 3–5+ years of relevant experience, you'll be responsible for important tasks like maintaining trench specifications and working collaboratively with your crew. Your expertise with lasers and safety practices will ensure smooth workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate excavators for mainline trench digging
• Maintain grade and trench width specifications
• Communicate effectively with pipe crew members
• Implement trench safety and shoring as required
• Navigate safely around existing utilities
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of excavator operation in similar projects
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License necessary
• WHMIS & CSTS 2020 certifications preferred
