The Maintenance & Facilities Manager is an integral part of the Carlisle Medical Technologies Tijuana's team. We are looking for a person that possesses strong technical and problem‑solving skills and that operates comfortably in a high‑energy medical manufacturing environment. We are looking for great talent to join our team.

Experiência y requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical).
• 8+ Years of experience leading and coaching a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
• Medical Manufacturing environment exposure and experience is highly desirable.
• Experience on developing and executing preventive maintenance programs and fulfilling building (facility) needs and improvements.
• Familiarity with CMMs Systems (work order request + tracking).
