The Maintenance Assistant key purpose is to work with the Maintenance Manager to ensure all areas of the hotel are maintained in proper working order, to the highest possible standards - this in turn ensures the health and safety of all staff and guests at all times.
- . Check maintenance log and report daily to the Maintenance Manager for allocated duties.
- · Collect bulbs list on a daily basis and replace all blown light bulbs as required.
- · Collect rubbish from all areas of the Hotel and remove to the skip area
- · To work in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager and to help rectify/repair whatever is needed.
- · To ensure that due care and diligence is taken when carrying out tasks to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
- · To ensure that correct safety signage and security measures are in place taken to warn others of dangers hereby minimising risk of injury.
