Caretaker - Thatcham | £26,000 - £27,500
We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Caretaker / Maintenance Assistant to join a busy estates team, playing a key role in keeping the site safe, secure and running smoothly day‑to‑day. This is a varied, practical role with real responsibility and no two days the same.

Hours
- Option 1: 1:30 pm – 9:00 pm
- Option 2 (rota): Week 1: 1:30 pm – 9:00 pm | Week 2: 10:30 am – 6:00 pm
Responsibilities
- General maintenance and minor repairs
- Opening/closing the site
- Daily pool testing
- Site security checks + CCTV monitoring
- Acting as Fire Officer
- Supporting events, set‑ups and site logistics
- Responding to out‑of‑hours/emergency issues
