This position requires 2 years of maintenance service experience and involves responding to requests promptly, conducting preventive maintenance, and performing emergency repairs. As part of a dedicated team, you will also manage common area upkeep and assist in snow removal during the winter months.
Key Responsibilities: • Address maintenance requests within 72 hours • Perform on-call emergency maintenance as needed • Maintain vacant suites to quality standards • Coordinate suite inspections with Customer Care Team • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and reporting
