- Communicate between technicians, customers, plant engineering and planners.
- Prepare daily summary and handover.
- Adhere to KPIs.
- Assign work orders to technicians.
- Consolidate inputs (MP, MCU, MCP) and coordinate work according to priorities (short term, daily, weekly).
- Communicate action plans and follow up with customers and stakeholders (notice of work).
- Conduct pre- and post-intervention operational go-sees.
- Identify improvement opportunities to support the company's preventive vision.
- Ensure proper monitoring of KPIs and manage discrepancy handling.
- Perform RIPs (potential impact review).
- Write work permits.
- Assist/support the maintenance leader.
- Actively participate in the DMM to raise issues.
