Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Maintenance Coordinator for a residential property management company based in Coral Springs, FL. The Maintenance Coordinator will oversee and manage daily maintenance operations, including scheduling and supervising repairs, conducting preventive maintenance activities, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. The role involves ensuring the properties we manage are being properly maintained, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The Maintenance Coordinator will also support the team by providing guidance and leadership to achieve operational excellence.

• Knowledge in Property Maintenance and skills in identifying and resolving maintenance-related issues
