The Maintenance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that maintenance requests and services are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. This position focuses on managing vendor relationships, overseeing tenant maintenance requests, and ensuring that property maintenance standards are met. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional service to residents, vendors, owners, and internal team members while working closely with Property Supervisors to manage maintenance processes and workflows.
