They emphasise animal welfare and sustainability, selecting only the best local produce from Northern Ireland and processing it with utmost care. The company ensures total traceability of livestock, their husbandry, and welfare, aligning with the exacting standards demanded by today's consumers.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily briefings with on-site engineering and maintenance technicians to coordinate task distribution, review safety protocols, and address immediate operational requirements.
• Participate in the daily AOS (Active Operations Strategy) meeting alongside the Operations department to ensure cross‑functional alignment on key updates, performance metrics, and strategic goals.
