Our client is a global leader in the production and distribution of industrial minerals for a variety of industries such as construction, packaging, food, pharmaceuticals and agriculture. 
Key Responsibilities:
People leadership and management responsibilities, directly managing a team of 8 staff.
Develop, plan and implement site projects and expenditure.
Ensure safety, environment and quality standards are met.
Direct activities for daily, routine, corrective and breakdown maintenance requirements.
Maintain plant optimisation and managing spare parts inventory.
