Job Description
Core Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 8–10 years of experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial operations.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a unionized environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in metals, mills, steel, or other heavy industrial environments.
- Background in reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and predictive maintenance strategies.
