Job Description
● Leads and develops the maintenance staff to eliminate top machine losses.
● Ensures technical and methodological support is provided to the departments in order to guarantee proper functionality and
improvement of the equipment.
● Ensures detailed analysis of Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)/ Overall Line Efficiency (OLE) indicators, proper machines classification and
validation of recovery plan appropriateness.
● Ensure detailed analysis of MTTR / MTBF through Orange Room & SFM methodology / TMS
● Defines the correct maintenance strategy to be carried out in relation to the production plan, available resources and budget.
