The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in bringing that experience to life—ensuring our greenhouse, retail spaces, and infrastructure operate seamlessly, safely, and efficiently.This is not a desk job—you’ll be out in the greenhouses, retail spaces, and across the property actively keeping our “Happy Place” running . You take pride in being the person who sees a problem and jumps in to solve it, setting the pace for the rest of the team.
