Responsible for defining country expansion plans to reach growth targetsFull functional knowledge of maintenance and engineering works required, including end-to-end planning and execution of store scouting, layout design, tender analysis, contract awarding, construction, and commissioningLeads and coordinates between different functions to reach the right decision on areas to expand in (logistics, commercial, operations, legal & city heads)Accountable for the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performanceManages the construction & procurement cycle from the Pre leasing until the go live (tendering, drawings, BOQs & negotiations)Negotiates contracts with landlords to reach the targeted budgetEnsures alignment between the different functions until the go live date (operations, commercial, l...
