Pay Rate to Intermediary: £26.29 per hour

Spinwell is recruiting for a Maintenance Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MAINTENANCE OFFICER

• Carry out site inspections of external assets, including paved areas, brickwork, and associated infrastructure
• Assess dilapidation, damage, and general condition of properties and surrounding environments
• Collect detailed condition evidence, including photographs and written notes
• Produce accurate and comprehensive Schedules of Condition
• Undertake surveys using appropriate inspection techniques
• Compile findings into structured reports and spreadsheets
